Our firm serves clients from around the world including US, Canada and Mexico. Our CEO and founder Myriam Hernandez has more than 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry. The company also recently tapped David D. Jensen to serve as KAIZEN’S head US legal counsel.
Jensen runs a nationwide practice from his office in New York. His expertise includes litigating commercial, constitutional, international and property-related matters, as well as on cross-border and property transactions.
Core competencies include zoning, development, land use and property law; international transactions; and general commercial litigation. He is a member of the bar in New York and New Jersey and is admitted to practice before various federal courts throughout the United States.
Jensen graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor's degree in economics after two and a half years of study. He then studied law at Washington & Lee University School of Law, where he was an editor on the Law Review and graduated cum laude.
